Actually a little less than 48 hours...Between 5 AM Tuesday morning and 10 PM Wednesday night I will:
- Fly to Washington, DC
- Meet up with the lovely Maggie (assuming no travel delays)!
- See some fantastic colleagues from the research office I consult with in FL
- Go to a big time presentation at our headquarters
- Take many metro rides
- Fly home to Tucson
It will be a quick trip, mostly due to the fact that there isn't a hotel room to be had Wed night so I'm flying back right after our meetings rather than the next morning. I'm excited to get back to our nation's capital, I used to go there all the time for training and meetings the first two years of my career when I was but a wee intern living in Vermont. Those flights were a lot shorter than the cross-country exodus I'll be making tomorrow.
Alarm is set for 2:30 AM! See you in two days!
